Hi, I’m Stevie

I’m a Precision Health Consultant who specializes in helping people overcome a reactive healthcare system and become proactive about their health and accelerate their recreational or competitive sport performance. I have been an athlete my whole life and have been in the gym as well as bikepacking, running and backpacking avidly as an adult. I graduated from Baylor University and then served in the United States Army as a Physician Assistant for 5 years.

Since then, I have obtained certificates in Precision Medicine and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy. Now, I work as a Precision Health Consultant and specialize in helping adult recreational athletes enhance their performance to compete against themselves and others. My ultimate goal is to advocate for preventative health, aiming to increase healthspan and vitality."

My Journey To Becoming A Precision Health Consultant Started Back In 2005... 

I went to play volleyball at a division 2 University in Colorado, but mental health issues and a knee injury ended my college athletics career early, the day I walked off the court I thought I would never get that competitive aspect of my life back.

This next 6 years I lived more or less sedentary healing mentally and physically. Once I was back to a good place, I longed to have competition back in my life, but I doubted I would get to experience that level of athletics ever again.

But One Day….

I was on a traditional family hike down into Kings Canyon at the age of 23 and my, at the time, 60-year-old aunt kicked my butt all the way down to the canyon floor and back up to the rim. I asked her what she was doing, and she replied, "CrossFit." I had just reapplied to college and was granted an ROTC Scholarship to Baylor, and I was determined to enact change and take control back over my own fitness. CrossFit helped me find my competitive edge again and bring athletics back into my life. I participated and competed at local competitions everywhere I lived for the next 11 years and became proficient in the gym. But CrossFit and the Army eventually took their toll pushing me towards months of physical therapy and learning how to work out smarter not just harder. 

From This Moment On, My Life Changed Forever 

My journey in healthcare unveiled a toll on both mind and body, igniting a quest to redefine my approach. Through my own physical and mental transformation, I discovered the power of health coaching and holistic approaches that integrate personalized precision technology as well as mental and physical health to help meet each of my clients where they are as individuals.

My evolutionary fitness journey led me to find new passions and pursuits such as bikepacking, downhill and Nordic skiing, backpacking and curating well balanced training plans for myself. This has sparked in me a deep desire to help others navigate their own path to optimal performance alongside longevity in fitness. Fueled by my transformation and newfound knowledge, I obtained my NASM Certified Personal Trainer Certification along with a Corrective Exercise Specialty and am committed to sharing the tools and insights that have changed my life. MONTH 1


Month 1 is all about acquiring information about YOU and developing a personalized plan.

The aim is to understand how your body is utilizing oxygen so we can develop a plan that addresses your individual needs, and you can be well on your way to peak performance! 

By the end of this month, you will:

  • Complete breath analysis through PNOE which provides that gold standard in analyzing how your body is utilizing oxygen at rest and while training.
  • Have a good understanding of how your body utilizes fats and carbohydrates during exercise.
  • Find your limiting factor and get an optimal training breakdown to address these limitations for the next 3 months.
  • Personalized nutrition plan, 17-blood biomarkers and genetic testing are optional during this phase to amplify success even further.

MONTH 2


Month 2 will continue with accountability and 15–30-minute weekly check-ins to ensure you are still on track.

The aim is to allow us to follow you progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure continued success. This proactive approach empowers you to overcome obstacles and stay on track, ultimately leading to greater autonomy in maintaining progress even after the program is over.

By the end of month, you will:

  • Have a coach and consultant providing you with weekly live feedback and accountability in 7 sessions.
  • Learn how to adjust goal-based action steps as your body starts to adapt to your new training and nutrition habits.
  • Gain the tools you need to be able to continue down your path of performance improvement when the program completes.

MONTH 3


Month 2 is all about starting to see early goal achievement and tweaking things for optimization.

The aim is to get you to gain ground for re-testing at week 12.

By the end of this month, you will:

  • Have a second breath analysis test complete with VO2 Max and Resting Metabolic testing.
  • Have a good understanding of how to either continue forward on your own outside of the program for the next 3 months or continue with biweekly check-ins for a discounted rate.
  • 3 months of personalized nutrition and repeating 17 blood biomarkers will also be optional at this phase.
