Hi, I’m Stevie

I’m a Precision Health Consultant who specializes in helping people overcome a reactive healthcare system and become proactive about their health.

I completed my Physician Assistant training through the Military in 2017 and served in the United States Army a medical provider for 5 years. Since then, I have obtained certificates in Precision Medicine and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and am now a Health Consultant who advocates for individuals to take their preventative health seriously with the goal of increasing healthspan and vitality.

 

My Journey Into Becoming A Precision Health Consultant Started Back In 2015... 

In the demanding years of healthcare education, rigorous schedules and academic pressures took a toll, leading to burnout and neglect of my personal health. At age 31, I emerged from schooling pre-diabetic, physically depleted, and with contradicting body composition issues.

This firsthand experience revealed the gap in traditional medical education, overlooking crucial aspects like nutrition, sleep, and holistic wellness. Recognizing the need for a deeper understanding of lifestyle factors and root causes, I embarked on a journey to redefine healthcare practice.

But One Day….

An epiphany struck me mid-flight: the core of my frustration in healthcare lay in my inability to provide the comprehensive support my patients deserve. Determined to enact change, I embarked on a journey of discovery, delving into holistic and precision health modalities. Over the following year, I prioritized my own well-being, witnessing transformative shifts in my energy, mood, and overall health. Now, armed with newfound knowledge and personal experience, I'm committed to guiding others towards holistic wellness and uncovering the underlying causes of their health challenges.

Here you will start seeing progress toward your goals and we will work on consistency as we slowly roll out a few new action steps each month.

MONTH 1-3


Month 1-3 is all about acquiring information about YOU and developing a personalized plan.

The aim is to understand your unique physiological markers, so we can develop a plan that addresses your individual needs. Pacing this out into 3 months makes this less overwhelming and fosters an increased likelihood of behavior change if we can do this in bite sized chunks. Incremental habit change is the key to sustainable weight loss! 

By the end of this month 3, you will:

  • Have health genetics testing and a basic understanding of how your body functions and what optimal nutrition, sleep and movement habits will work best for you.
  • Start an individualized online fitness program with app access through Trainerize.
  • Get access to a personalized nutrition plan to gain an understanding of how and what to eat and in what proportions with app access through Macrostax.
  • Identify and measure 17 different blood biomarkers that pertain to overall health and wellness and gain strategies to normalize any that are out of range or causing progress barriers.
  • Have a good understanding of what hormone imbalances your body is struggling with and holistic ways to rebalance these.
  • Learn about meal timing and nutrition requirements for your unique needs.

MONTH 4-6


Month 4-6 is all about starting to see early goal achievement and tweaking things for optimization.

The aim is to allow us to track progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure continued success. This proactive approach empowers you to overcome obstacles and stay on track, ultimately leading to greater autonomy in maintaining your weight management goals even after the program is over.

By the end of month 6, you will:

  • Continue with expert guidance through your health genetics to further your understanding of what optimal nutrition, sleep and movement means for you as well as how to mitigate YOUR chronic disease risk.
  • Have a second set of biomarkers drawn and be able to see your own progress.
  • Learn how to adjust goal-based action steps as your body starts to change and feel better.
  • Gain the tools you need to be able to continue either on your own or with slightly less guidance when the program completes.
